Player Development
Will began his career as a basketball trainer in 2001. Over the years, he has developed a proven player development system that emphasizes the details required to become a complete, high-level basketball player. The system focuses on key areas including efficiency, effectiveness, explosiveness, footwork, strength and conditioning, and body control.
Designed to build well-rounded, skilled athletes, this comprehensive training approach equips players to excel in every aspect of the game. Will has played a vital role in the development of some of the top basketball talent in the country—including McDonald’s All-Americans, college All-Americans, and NBA draft picks. His experience spans every level of the game, with an expertise in creating customized workouts tailored to each athlete's individual needs.

Wesley Johnson
Wesley was a first team AP All American at Syracuse, and was named Big East Player of the Year in 2010. Further, in 2010 he was the #4 overall pick in the 2010 NBA draft by the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Tyrese "Boots" Radford
2023 Second team All-SEC.
Yante Maten
Second team All-SEC his sophomore year. SEC Player of the Year by the Associated Press as a senior.
David Holston
10th in the nation in scoring in 2008, and led the NCAA in three-pointers made per game in his last two seasons. His 450 career three-pointers were the third most in NCAA Division 1 history at the time of his final season at Chicago State.
Justin "Juice" Turner
In 2021 Justin became Bowling Green's career leading scorer, and was a 2nd team All American.
